10 Things to do for Healthy Living
1) Go nuts and Seeds: Almond, Cashews, Peanuts, Walnuts
Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Pomegranate seeds, Pumpkin seeds
2) Dump all Sodas
3) Avoid Processed Food
4) Eat Mediterranean Food
5) Drink a lot of Water
6) Be on an active Vitamin Regimen
7) Go for a Walk daily
8) Snack on Fruits and Vegetables
9) Meditate
10) Laugh a Lot

Your list of 10 things for healthy living is an excellent guideline! I have been doing #1 through #9 for many years, but I have been finding #10 hard to do for the past 3 yrs, ever since the passing away of my beloved wife, whom I loved more than anyone else on earth.
